Mike Ferraro

Mike Ferraro - Managing Director

Mike Ferraro was previously the General Manager of the Doral Mineral Sands operation. Mike is the holder of a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree (Metallurgy) and Master of Business Administration (Management), including the Dean's award (top 5% of MBA students). He has worked in the metallurgical and mineral processing industry for over 25 years in a wide variety of operational, technical and senior management roles. Most recently Manager of the Smelter and Charcoal Plant operations for silicon producer Simcoa, before joining Doral in September 2006

Brad Snow - General Manager
(Doral Fused Materials Pty Ltd)

Brad has worked in the metallurgical processing industry for the past 25 years, primarily in alumina, mineral sands, and silicon where particular experience was gained in electric arc furnace operation. He holds a degree in metallurgy and an MBA. Brad joined Doral in Feb 2011.
Andrew Templeman

Andrew Templeman - General Manager
(Doral Minerals Sands Pty Ltd)

General Manager of Doral Minerals Sands with responsibility for mineral sands. Andrew was previously the Engineering and Maintenance Superintendent for Doral Mineral Sands joining Doral in 2007. He holds a Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical) and has worked in the engineering consultancy and mineral processing industry for over 20 years in a wide variety of operational, technical and management roles


Graeme O'Grady

Graeme O'Grady - Group Marketing Manager

Group Marketing Manager with responsibility for global sales and overall market direction. Graeme holds a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University majoring in marketing and management. He has worked in minerals sands mining and mineral processing for over 20 years in a wide variety of operational and senior management roles. Most recently he was European Sales and Marketing Manager for Iluka Resources before joining Doral in March 2007.
Peter Norton

Peter Norton - Projects and Development Manager - Rockingham

A qualified metallurgist and holder of a Graduate Certificate of Business Management from Deakin University and the Australian Institute of Management. Peter has extensive experience in fusion technology and mineral processing having joined the company in 1991 when the first AWA furnace was under construction.
Neil Raine

Neil Raine - Chief Financial Officer

Neil is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with responsibility for financial management, corporate governance, planning and strategic development. He holds Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from the University of Western Australia. He has worked in the chemicals and mining industries for over 20 years in a wide variety of roles. Most recently Neil was Director of Finance for Almatis in the USA before joining Doral in January 2007.
