Proposed Yalyalup Mineral Sands Mine Northern Extension (EPBC Ref: 2024/09870)
Publication of Preliminary Documentation under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act)
The following notice is published pursuant to Section 95A(3) of the EPBC Act by Doral Mineral Sands Pty Ltd for the extension of the existing Yalyalup Mineral Sands mine to include an additional disturbance of 844.92ha, consisting of 819.99ha of cleared pasture,14.61ha planted vegetation and 10.32ha generally degraded native vegetation.
The Location of the Action is Lots; 404, 1322, 608, 103 104, 729, 1464, 1609, 820, 821, 45, 583, 582, 1316, 3124, 1316, 687 and 1451 Princefield Road, Yalyalup, Western Australia, 11km southeast of Busselton.
